Fohun for Windows

0. Speech recognition needs the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x64). Most
machines already have it. If Fohun reports a missing library on first run, install
it from https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe and start Fohun again.
1. Keep this folder together and run Fohun.exe. 64-bit Windows 10 or 11.
2. Windows SmartScreen will warn that the publisher is unknown. This build is not
code-signed yet. Click "More info", then "Run anyway".
3. Allow microphone access when Windows asks. If nothing is ever heard, check
Settings > Privacy & security > Microphone and make sure both "Microphone access"
and "Let desktop apps access your microphone" are on. With them off, Windows
hands the app silence instead of an error.
4. Hold Right Alt, speak, release. The text is typed into whatever had focus.
Press Escape while holding to throw the recording away.
5. The mark floats above other windows. Click it to start dictating and click again
to finish, right-click it for the menu, and drag it anywhere you like. Hide it
from the tray menu; double-click the tray icon to open the app.

Everything stays on this machine. No audio and no text leaves it.
